Purchased 2 pack case October 9th 2025. On Jan 6th, 2026, case shattered. Put the second case on and the next day it shattered. The box states there is a one yer warranty starting from date of purchase and an email address. I emailed them what happened, referenced the warranty, sent my invoice and a picture of the first case on January 6th, 2026. I have yet to hear back from them. Tried to work through getting help on Amazon and was stuck in an endless loop with automated assistant. Would not recommend. ... show more
