Cute - I was actually comparing it to the long version and have both. This would be easier to wear and easier to store. This has a cute poofy skirt (tulle under that part) so you MUST have a short slip or you will die itching lol. I am short waisted (although also well endowed) and this still came in around 3 inches Above my waist so the fit looked silly and was uncomfortable. Bringing up the waist also meant the shape was wrong. MEDIUM might fit a small 8-10 better and worth a try - it is very cute. Not a deal breaker - but I will mention the top hearts are red and black - skirt area hearts are pink and black but still seems to go together okay. Returning due to the waist issue. ... show more
