I ordered this for a bathroom I was having remodeled. I opened the box and put it together last week. Even though there were no instructions it was pretty easy to figure out and do. The base is very heavy so it definitely won’t tip over easily. After putting it together I noticed that the horizontal rod had a dent in it which gave it a slight bend. I was well past the return period so I emailed the manufacturer, explained the situation, and asked if I could order just that part.     • Solid Quality and Workmanship
This is a high-quality product with good weight, solid chrome finish and excellent attention to detail. I expected it to be a bit larger and taller in size but that's my fault for not noting the dimensions. The base is 6-3/4" square and the height is 23-1/4" from the floor to the center of the spindle making it a bit less convenient to bend down for the toilet paper if accessing it while standing at the sink. I will keep a box of tissue on the counter instead. The spindle is a smallish 5/8" diameter polished chrome which allows the tissue roll to spin more freely than I am used to. You need to be a bit more careful if tearing tissue with one hand so that it doesnt unroll. If your configuration requires a standing toilet roll tissue holder or you simply prefer one I highly recommend this product. ... show more

    • Beautiful and sturdy
This toilet roll holder has a heavy base, so it doesn't move around freely with normal use. It doesn't have a designated area for storing extra rolls of toilet paper; however, you can stack rolls on the base. It has a chrome finish and is quite beautiful when all shined up.

What a find. And from Sweden (I'm Swedish). Yes, it is expensive, but so worth it. The base weighs 8 pounds. It doesn't budge when you use it. It is gleaming stainless steel, beautiful, and high enough. So glad I bought it. If you do, make sure you unscrew the screw, put the plates together, and then screw it back in with the Allen wrench they give you. Took me a few minutes to figure that out, since it is so simple, it doesn't come with instructions. ... show more

This is a very nice quality product and very solid. One thick & strong screw puts it together and they include the allen wrench for the screw. The base is sturdy so it will not move unless you deliberately move it. Has base pads so it will not scratch floor. Expensive but very good quality.

I thought I was crazy spending this much money for a toilet paper dispenser, but this really is a lovely piece and a great accent in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend it. Very easy to put together and quite attractive. Just dont drop the base - it put a hole in my new hardwood floors.

I was hesitant to spend over $100 on a toilet paper holder, but I'm glad I did! The chrome plating is very beautifully applied and looks very stylish. Easy to clean, easy to assemble. The top plate on the base sticks out a bit so don't place it in an area where toes can knock into it (it will hurt) and this should last for decades. ... show more
