I like this watch but one of the main reasons I purchased it was to track my workouts. Unfortunately they give you the ability to only have 8 preset workouts you can choose from on the watch at a time and 7 of them are preloaded and you do not have the ability to change them. I'm sorry but thays ridiculous. Why is badminton, basketball and soccer even a main workout...I have to actually go to the app and pick with workout I want and it socks if I'm doing multiple workouts in a session.     • Permanent error when trying to contact the company via their supplied email address
I've only owned the watch for three days and I purchased the champagne band. I absolutely love this watch so far, especially after being a Fitbit wearer for over ten years. However, the charging cable is already loose and won't stay on the back of the watch without very gentle care and I feel like it's not going to last. I wanted to purchase a new cable and a new watch band. I could not find anywhere on Amazon or online for either item. When I activated the warranty, the code for the free gift does not work (I signed up twice so I could try a different code - same response. I decided to email the company at the address they provide. I got a "permanent error" for this email address so I apparently have no way of reaching them. Customer support is everything to me and I'm really, really disappointed. I did a copy/paste on the email address so no, it's not a typo. Three stars off for this fiasco. If they see this and reach out, I'll be happy to update. ... show more

Watch came with the charging cable green and crusted at the connection. Wouldn’t work to charge the watch. I cleaned it off (picture is after I cleaned it), but still doesn’t work for charging, no connection is made.

    • You get what you pay for
This counts steps and heart rate well. The calorie count is not even close. All the extra sport categories are just icons, all they do is track time and heart rate. Most of the value for activities comes from the phone app, the functionality of which you could get for free with superior apps. Some of the things on the faces are just wierd graphics that appear like some measurement. The messaging interface with your phone is not functional. You cant see the whole message or reply to it. I'm ok with watch itself but I cannot not get the lifetime warranty QR code app to accept order #. The watchband clips on both sides have broken. I cannot get Bestinn to answer my emails. I didn't want to return the watch because I do like the watch.

This is the first Fitness Tracker I have ever owned. The value for me at the time of purchase is what lead to my decision to give it a try. I just received the watch, but it seems to have many of the features I was looking for at a very reasonable cost.

So far, I have been impressed with all of the features I have tried. The face is not bulky and is the width of the wristband. It also syncs well with my cell phone and the features are easy to understand. There are also a large number of available tracker display options.
