Fantastic value for the quantity received. However, I did have problems with the product sticking to natural, unpainted wood. I lined the back of a shelf and had to really press and repress down hard to get it to stick. However, I also covered the top of a manufactured wood table and it adhered really well. With the manufactured wood I had no problems. Also, I bought the "ocean deco" color. I thought the pattern and colors would be a little bolder than what I received. From a distance the pattern comes together to look more like mint/light blue stripes. Still has some impact though. ... show more

I needed some shelf paper to cover some freshly-cut wood shelves (not sanded, stained or painted). I was looking for an easy and economical way to prep the shelves for my pantry. This paper worked well enough. I guess they don't make shelf paper really sticky like they used to, supposedly to make it easier to apply. But I found the opposite. It was harder to apply than the old-fashioned kind. This paper is also a lot thinner than shelf paper used to be. And there's literally no way to get rid of the bubbles without losing your mind. Overall I think this is very attractive shelf paper. The grid on the back is very useful but in the five rolls I got the edges were off so the 1/2” grid didn’t always work out evenly. In those cases I just had to cut it wide and then strip with a razor knife at the edge. It may just be the way our cabinets and drawers work out but a 20” or 24” roll would be much more useful as it is I have five rolls between 5” and 6.5” wide. I wish the paper was a hairs breath thicker. It is so thin that when a single granule of ground pepper got missed on the wood shelf that it made a dimple and small hole in the paper. When that happened I immediately changed plans and put a thicker clear plastic protection over the shelf’s that held pots and pans. I will tell u the pattern is great but also masks your errors. When I came exactly 1” sort on a long cabinet shelf I cut a 6” wide piece off and matched it into the pattern. The repeat and type of pattern made patching in nearly invisible- I.e. my wife couldn’t find it. ... show more

I am very happy with this product, and would buy it again: -Adhesion: Sticks well, but also not So well that you can't "un-stick" it as required to Re-position a boo boo placement, and/or when you accidently fold it back onto itself... It's very foregiving of bad-placements. -Best Value: It has the Most material of any equivalent Roll that I found. I used it to line the shelves in my kitchen, placing it both atop painted surfaces, and/or old shelf paper. I used a damp sponge to wipe down the surfaces prior to placing the paper. ... show more

Love the design, but it does not stick to the shelf as well as it should. Updating a bathroom and found this fun black/grey/white hexagon shape pattern fun to replace the old contact paper in drawers and on shelves. wrapping it around shelves the bottom of the shelf the line starts to peel off. In the drawers and on top of the shelves it stays fine. Will find a way to staple or use other glue/tape to keep it from falling, since already purchased and lined everything. I know some people commented on the adhesion not working well, and I’m not sure what surfaces they were trying to get it to stick to, but it worked perfectly on my wooden shelves! I am so happy with how my kitchen cabinet shelves look now! It’s a huge improvement! Boy this was tricky to put on at first, but as I went I got the hang of it. I definitely recommend doing a practice round first and trying different methods of getting it to lay flat. You’ll get the hang of it! ... show more

From this store I bought the a striped and blue flora print. I wanted them for a garage sell dollhouse I refurbished. The blue floral design I took one star off because it arrived a bit damaged, but it was just on the first couple of centimeters. I cut it off. No biggie. I only needed a small amount, but the roll has plenty for other projects and lining cabinet shelves. One thing that would be awesome if they had less instructions on the back and more grid. The instructions are ridiculously long- as if most people are too stupid to know how to use contact paper. It makes it hard to cut straight, if you have to cut through this. Using long scissors helps though. This is the nicer, thicker type of contact paper, not the really thin kind that wrinkles or tears easily. ... show more
