These buns are great tasting and I love that they are so low in calories. They are the best buns I have tasted that are gluten free. They don’t taste gluten free either.

Just received mine today and was anxious to try one out. They arrived well packaged with a FREEZE ASAP sticker on the outside of the box. I inspected them and there were no signs of mold or any white spots so I popped them in the freezer and one package in the fridge. I have been without bread for awhile since I'm on Keto and was not fond of the Keto type bread you make. The Smart Bun tasted a little dry as others have mentioned but certainly made for a delicious turkey & swiss sandwich. I'm sure if I had some iceberg lettuce I would not have noticed the the bun being a little dry but the sandwich was still good to the last bite. When you stop and think the effort that must go into making these taste as close to the real deal I think they succeeded. I have not found anything that claims to have no sugar, no carbs anywhere else and this was exactly what I wanted, so a tad dry is definitely liveable... I bet toasted would be even better, will update on that!

Happy to add this product to our Keto lifestyle, it's a nice change from having to make chaffles as a hamburger bun replacement. Must be kept in the freezer upon receiving but thaw just fine when needed, not mushy. The four-star review is given because the texture is a little crumbly but still holds up pretty well. We toast the bun before adding condiments and the burger. Another reason for the 4-star review is that the buns are pre-sliced but not all sliced equally, some bun tops are too thin and those tend to fall apart more frequently during eating. Another reason for the 4-star is that the price point is high. Although, I would give a big 5-star review for customer service had it been included above. We had a shipping issue that was handled promptly and without any hassle. Great customer service!

For a keto product, these are great. They do a really good job emulating the texture of a real bun (especially if you toast them before use) and taste pretty bread-y too. Some people said they taste too dry but since I usually put unsweetened ketchup/bbq sauce on all my burgers, I haven't noticed. Definitely will have to keep these stocked in my freezer since they've brought my burger game to the next level.

These are the best keto “bread” substitutes on the market. I too think they are a bit dry or are they just a light crumb?. I have tried them several different ways. Poached eggs (photo) which are great with the yolk sauce when you break the egg open to eat them. Also, toasted on the bagel setting at a light setting. Perfect with any nut butter, since you can’t spread anything on the bun without tearing it, I warm my nut butter in the microwave and it goes on very well. I have tried them defrosted with Mayo and meat & cheese with hamburger dill slices with some extra juice! All good. I am enjoying these. I hope you try them. They are a bit high in price but I have tried baking my own keto breads... cloud bread... almond flour.. but for me the time and cost of baking those items probably equals out to be close to the cost of these.

These buns did not have much flavor and, even though they were kind of bland, I could have accepted the lack of flavor were it not for some other negatives. Several reviews mentioned how soft and fluffy these buns were but the ones I received were extremely dry, almost like sawdust. Consequently, they cracked and crumbled badly, making it difficult to eat without having to resort to using a fork. The overall thickness of the bun was too great to be able to be eaten comfortably. Considering the cost of this product, I do not feel it was worth it and will not be buying them again. This is sad because I was super excited about finding a healthier option for making sandwiches.
