Ordered my normal size which was to large. Wanted to replace with smaller size. Amazon would not allow it but provided no reason why. I finally assumed it was because they were no longer on sale. Completed the return only and went to buy them for the regular price. Could not find them. Only available option was a used-like new condition for a lot less however there was no way to buy now. Had to wait until Amazon recognized the return and then buy now for regular price. How about Amazon let me know it would cost 10 more dollars to replace vs telling me nothing and my having to figure things out on my own. It was ridiculous to hold my shoes that fit hostage for $10. Super cute and comfortable but it slips off the back of my foot. I'm a size 10 in everything but these shoes must run big or something because I struggle with keeping them on my feet. That being said, they are very comfortable. I live in Boston so lots of walking on old/uneven terrain but my feet don't hurt when I wear these. ... show more

I like them ! They are very comfortable to walk the only bad thing I can say ( it was my fault) I chose a 7.5 shoes when I am 6.5 or 7 normally. I thought it could be fit very well because it is my first time buying shoes online, but not. It means people need to choose it correctly.

I love these shoes😍. I’m suffering from Plantar fasciitis right now. I commute back and forth to work everyday and these shoes are a game changer . My feet are not in as much pain as they were in after a 12 + hours on my feet. Love them 😄

I wanted to love these but like some other reviewers the heel was way to wide. I don't have much luck with the heel grip pads so i returned them. Nice looking though & If your heels arent narrow give them a try!

The shoes are large so I would size down by a half a size. They are well made and certainly not flimsy, they just didn’t work out for my needs.
