I'm using a walker while recovering from knee replacement surgery. My house has hardwood floors, tile, and carpets. The standard slider feet that came with the walker weren't contributing to my mobility or doing the floors any favors, so I decided to try these footies instead. These little footies have made a dramatic difference in my being able to get around the house easily. They're quiet and they slide smoothly, which is exactly what I needed. Also, they're incredibly easy to install and they stay put on the walker legs. They're working well on all of the floor surface types in my house. I won't be using them outside, so I can't speak to that, but for indoors I can vouch for them being a far better option than than the original tips or tennis balls.

I could not get the worn-out tennis balls on my husbands' walker. It was impossible to do it safely. So I searched on Amazon and was on the receiving end of a miracle. Tuff, well-made half tennis ball walker bottoms. I got them today and they are a snug fit on the walker and won't leave the hair that aging walker tennis balls. There is no hair to degrade. After the fuzzy part wore off the first pair of these cute little footies, I ordered a second pair. Again, there was a personal note from Margaret Johnson on the receipt, a nice touch. It's remarkable what a difference these footies make in the ease of using a walker without slipping around or scraping and leaving marks on wood floors. Gliding is quiet and more stable. Wish they lasted longer, but that was partly our fault. We used them outside, which we won't do again. We highly recommend these awesome footies.

Furniture Footies are the perfect way to protect hardwood floor from a walker. The gray color and small size are much less obvious than yellow tennis balls that most people use. Most importantly, dogs perceive YELLOW tennis balls as toys, which creates a hazard when using a walker around dogs who try to play. Furniture Footsies are a great solution, and I highly recommend them!

I ordered these for my walker as they looked easier to install than the traditional tennis ball. They are! I always have trouble shoving getting a tennis ball on my walker and usually have to rely on someone else's strength to get the on. These are very easy to install and have a lot of rubber inside to prevent the ball from cutting through the bottom of the ball. I will be ordering again!
