This cross body is set up perfectly. Holds a lot I or items. The strap is very comfortable and made of a high quality webbing but is still soft and comfortable. It's obvious the designers put a lot of practical thought into this bag. The only thing I would do to imprpve it is to I se YKK zippers although these zippers are very solid. I'm just partial to YKK zippers. I would pay more.

Nice bag! I have shoved a lot of stuff in here and made the zipper get stuck or get the zipper off track. I was able to move the zipper up and down and get if back on track. With a lot of other bags I have purchase the zipper has not been able to fix like that. The bag isn't too big. The compartments are nice. The only think I would fix about this bag is that the front Velcro pocket with the hook needs to change up. I put my keys on the clip and the pocket opens up so keys don't hang there well if you have anything in that pocket. All in all the back isn't bulky, nice and light. Easy to carry all around.

I got this for my 12 year old son to carry his diabetic / insulin supplies in. For the most part we are very happy with it. This bag is perfect for carrying his blood sugar test kit, insulin pen, extra needle tips, emergency gluc, a snack and his cell phone. The lettering wore off pretty quickly which was not big deal for us. The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the material below the seam, by the zipper on the main section frayed pretty bad. Trimming it didn't help, but coating those edges with clear nail polish did the trick! I also put a red cross patch on the top pocket and have no trouble going into airports, customs, or other secure areas.

This is a great bag for the price. Those decorative buttons fall off after some use but I didn’t care. Zippers work fine I didn’t have any problems. The Velcro is very poor quality and wore our quickly but I just replaced it with a stick on 3M Velcro and it functions better than the original. My suggestion to the manufacturer is to use better quality Velcro because that top pocket is where most people would put their wallet. I almost lost my wallet because of the poor quality Velcro. But all in all I love the bag and use it everyday. But you will have to deal with that Velcro pocket.

When I first clicked to purchase it, it was listed as Prime eligible. Then I saw the delivery date was in a week. I went back and looked at it, it was no listed as Prime eligible. Weak. The bag itself seems sturdy, is well thought out, looks good. Holds my wallet, phone/ charger/ ear buds, battery/ charger/ juice for my e-cig, glasses, flashlight, ball point pen, Swiss army knife. I like it.- Frank UPDATE: While the design is well thought out the construction is lacking. The velcro on the front pocket is already worn out and the nylon around the main zipper is starting to fray. Which is too bad, the size and design are great.- Frank
