Blanket is as described. I love it! It is extremely soft ! And the color is just like how the picture looks. It did come damaged , which is why I gave it 4 stars. The color is a deep, rich purple, but not quite plum. It's like velvet and the filling feels silky. This is a glorious comforter and I'm glad I took the chance. My son has a comforter by this company that I love and I was going to buy one too, but then I saw this one. I love all things fuzzy, so had to try it. OMG! This will be the softest thing in your life! Buy one. Any color. Not kidding. I bought the full/queen for my twin because I like it to go to the floor, so I can't say how well it fits the appropriate size. But you want this. You really, really want this. Update: While still the softest thing I own, it has not held up well. I have dogs and cats that are not boisterous on my bed. They just get up there to lay down. This little activity has torn small holes in it everywhere. If you have pets, don't buy this. It will break your heart to see the holes. It's the warmest, most wonderful comforter, but it just can't hold up to daily use in a house with pets. My son has one by the same company, only with sleeping bag-type material and it has held up much better. His has no holes at all, so when I can I'll buy one like his. I'll forever miss this soft, gorgeous comforter, tho. I don't even have the heart to toss it out because I love it so much. ... show more

At first I thought it was a lot thinner and would be disappointed… Man was I wrong!! This blanket is absolutely awesome. I got a California king even though I have a queen size bed. This was the warmest, most pleasant sleep I’ve had! Super soft, super warm! The weight of it is perfect.

I am pleased with this comforter. To say its lightweight would be untrue. Its not heavy, but it has a little weight to it. It is a comforter after all. But the material is so comfortable its unbelievablely soft. I will be ordering this as gifts for a few relatives. It is as indicated great quality. Just recieved today wont know how durable it is until some time of using it. (Ignore the stuff animals lmao, I had to crop some out hahaha) ... show more

Some pros n cons: Pros: love rich dark grey color and feel of fabric. Love weight of blanket overall not heavy feeling but warm. Also like it’s washable tho I haven’t been able to wash (see cons). Fits California king nicely. Soft and cuddly. Nice contrast to black bed frame and black blanket. A true charcoal grey with a slight shine to fabric. Cons: not as sturdy quality fabric I expected. Even tho I have covered with a throw blanket fabric has 2 small tears already. Honestly not sure why... afraid to run thru washing machine for fear it will not survive. Stitching/mending prob have to happen at some point and it is reversible so maybe I can make it last a little longer. Disappointed bc I wanted something I could throw in wash. For now, I freshen up by lightly spritzing w febreeze, mix of essential oils w water or just water before putting in dryer on steam setting. Seems trick is ever so slightly damp w steam freshens it up. It’s too cold to hang outside and air. But that’s what I will do when warmer weather arrives. Was hopeful for a longer life tho. ... show more
