It's large - oversized for a typical female, like myself but most likely would fit anyone. It being oversized is why it works so well for me. I took a couple photos with my sunglasses next to the mask so you can get a feel for the size. ●Perfect for travel, especially on an airplane. ● Earbud friendly and keeps them from falling out or losing them during the night. No more searching the sheets for missing ear buds in the morning. ● Absolutely 100% comfortable for ears. I can wear this fastened around my ears all through the night without an issue. I cannot describe how comfortable this is! It's unbelievable. It doesn't feel like you have anything on. If you have sensory issues this is the droid you are looking for! I've even caught my 7 year old relaxing in my bed with it on. I've slept with this on fastened low under the back of my head, around - like the typical style mask, and even slightly higher on the back of my head. This depends on if my hair was in a ponytail, in a bun or down when I went to bed. I'm a long time migraine suffering and I also have trouble going to sleep and staying a sleep. I can't even wear a regular headband without it leaving marks or causing pain, needless to say a face mask. I use this for meditation and sleep. I mostly use the mask while sleeping with ear buds in and they've NEVER fallen out! This is the ONLY MASK I've even been able to keep on ALL night in my entire life. It's greatly improved my sleep, I only wish I had bought this years ago. I don't know how it will fair in direct sunlight but I'll be taking this to the beach this year. It would probably even be great after eye or facial surgery. If you're on the fence or just considering this, do yourself a favor and give it a try. This sleep/eye mask is great. I used it while travelling and not only did it block the light it also served as a nice, additional cushion when leaning against the seat or window/wall. Fits well over hoodie or scarf too.

    • 3 Minutes and I'm OUT
These are very comfortable. I like how baggy they feel over the eyes, inside and out. The design is pretty well formed and supportive keeping everything like it should. I put these on and I'm out so quickly. It helps an unquiet mind, at least in my case. The only issue I have is, they do not stay on all night. I don't feel that this is a fault of the product as much as it is noticing something that's not supposed to be there while I'm sleeping and somehow it comes off. By then I'm sleeping so well that I wont notice until I wake. They're not uncomfortable but they're not skin thin either so you do feel something under your head like a quilty blanket. It fits snug, as snug as you'd want it because of the velcro which is in a perfect place as well. It doesn't stick out and prick you in the middle of the night. I can't stress enough how 'correct' this design is. Most importantly - NO STRAPS! & NO EYE PRESSURE! Finally a hit out of a bunch of misses. ... show more

So one of my girlfriends works at an ENT office. She's told me horrific stories of things they pull out of "head holes". Well, the other day they pulled a LIVE brown recluse out of a woman's ear after it being in there for 3 days. She told me this isn't the 1st live spider they've delt with. I was horrified....would lay awake in bed wondering when my time will come. So I went on hunt for protection and I found it....this thing is amazing! Covers not only your eyes but ears as well.     • Nearly Perfect Sleep Mask
I have 2 of these so I can wash them and not be without one. It feels like an old cotton t-shirt inside, probably soft nylon on the outside. The Velcro is good and secure, although I expect that to fail over time as my last one (different mask) did. But that took 3 years of nightly use to happen. I like that the headband isn't elastic. Those stretch and fail in months. The little nose-nubbin that ensures light doesn't sneak in is incorporated into the mask as opposed to being an external dangle. I find this more comfortable and effective. In spite of the thickness, these aren't overly warm. I have A/C, so it's never warm in the bedroom, but I don't find these uncomfortable. That said, they are a touch warmer than my older ones that were the same thin cotton on both sides. Not a dealbreaker, or even enough to take away a star. ... show more

I was bothered by the light coming into my room, where a curtain was not an option. I put this, very very comfy, sleep mask on and oh man does it make you want to sleep like a baby.     • Not as comfortable as the other brand
I was looking for other sleep masks like the FRESHME one for a cheaper price. So I bought these (you buy two SUWEISHI for the price of one FRESHME). The SUWEISHI are not as comfortable, and do not fit as well. The FRESHME are softer and have more cushion. It's also bigger in height so it covers more of the eye and forehead area. It's also harder to put on the SUWEISHI after adjusting the velcro to fit. The FRESHME velcro attachment can be a little looser because the material is more padded which makes it easier to put on while allowing it to stay on due to the padding. ... show more
