Follow up on my original review. Once we got the packaging off (zip tie off of the claw) the claw just fell and the chain would not retract back up. We played around with it and finally got it to work. This is one of my daughters favorite Christmas gifts now! Got this for my daughter from Santa and she just opened it and the claw doesn’t work. Everything else works great, but the claw does not go up and down. Sooo disappointed on Christmas morning.

UPDATED: After I wrote my previous review, the seller reached out and offered to send a replacement for free. It did arrive and this one did actually work. Although, it does not seem extremely sturdy so we will see how long it lasts. Was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. My daughter saved up to buy this with her own money and was sooooo excited (understatement) for it to come. We got it all set up only to find out it does not work. We tried with batteries and then with the USB cable as well and neither worked. You push the power button and the lights flash and that is all that happens. It does not stay on to play and the lever for the claw to go up and down does not work. I don't want to even ask for a replacement as I don't want my daughter to go through that disappointment again. Will return for her money. She wanted me to give it zero stars but I had to select one to do the review.

This item was super cute idea. We put it all together and it completely was a did with new batteries but it does have an option with a plug so that gave it power. The music and the lights were adorable but claw wouldn’t go down at all. So that was a bummer. It was shipped in the original box and label was smacked on picture so we took it out and set it completely up to gift. I recommend doing that should you decide to get this.

It is hard to actually pick up any of the items. My daughter was entertained for a short time by it, but overall feels kind of cheaply made. It looks super cute though and is a fun idea

This claw machine is fantastic! My kids absolutely love playing with it. The lights and music add a fun arcade feel right at home. The toys included are adorable, and it's a perfect gift idea. Highly recommend for any child's room or play area!

Entertaining but weak as to be expected, limited on amount you can fill it / with what or it doesn’t work well. Stopped working after about a week tops with pretty light use overall. Returned. Great idea just needs better parts, it’s so dinky.

The media could not be loaded. This toy is awesome. Comes with a bunch of cute little toys, lights up, makes sound and sound effects (which are adjustable) and super fun to play. Just like the regular claw game, it’s a little difficult to pick up the toys, but can get them with a little adjusting. I like how you can put whatever you want in it also. This is going to be so much fun at her little parties. Love it!
