We had started off using the standard silicone/ plastic knives and spoons, but now that my son's more capable and independent, the plastic wasn't cutting it. He needed a fork that actually let him pierce into his food, but wouldn't hurt him. I also was looking for something compact, but the short nubby handles ended up being the perfect fit for his little hands. I thought at first the fork and spoon might be a bit large for his hands but instead they were perfect. He likes them WAY better than the plastic style he'd been using and he does a better job with feeding himself with this style too.

I was looking for a transitional fork for my kiddo and this was perfect. As far as the spoon goes, it's absolutely the best for stress eating frozen icecream straight from the container while your toddler screams bloody murder.

I loved the fact that they had tiny dinosaurs in them so I decided to give them a try. They are a little bit difficult to work with as they seem to be to broad for my tiny toddler's mouth. He usually spills more frequently with this than with other brands as he has a difficult time getting the food all in. If you are looking for a cute design - GET THEM.
