Disappointed with packing and delivery! First the package was delayed, and then I received it in this condition. The soap base inside it definitely shows that it was dropped a couple of times. Also it is supposed to come with small paper boxes for the soap, which were missing. I did use this brand before and loved it; however, I have not tried this particular product yet, and I hope that being dropped a couple of times doesn’t affect the quality of it.I am giving it a 2 star because I have used their product before and was happy with it. 0 star for packaging and delivery for sure! ... show more
