I got a pair for my daughter just to play in the snow. She is 8. The XS 6-8 year old size was way too big. She can still wear them and be functional so I will keep them to grow into. They actually fit my hands. So would definately not go by the age. Should have known better we have smaller feet and hands in general. Super warm and comfortable! these are great gloves. I bought a pair for my kid to snowboard and ended up buy 2 more pairs for my husband and myself. they fit great, they are super warm, they dont fall off. I wear them all day in the snow and they never get wet. I will definitely buy more in the future.

Bought 4 of these and 2 sets of another brand for our family of 6 to go tubing in the mountains. Purposely wanted waterproof gloves. These were perfect. They are lined which adds bulk, but that also adds warmth. After the trip, threw all gloves in the washer and dryer. They took a long time to dry inside, which was expected. But the liner inside didn’t move which was great. The other brand did not launder well. This brand was better than the other for touch screen use.
