I had ordered from 3 different brands that touted wide toe box. Two pair sent back as I could not even get my foot in them never mind see if the toes were happy. One pair I sent back because they were way too wide, I am a MED so I never order wide. Toes might have been happy, but the size was way off in width. Finally I took a chance on these Sketchers. Ordered them in 8M. They slipped on easily and my toes had the room I needed. Might not be a wide enough toe box for hammer toes or really wide splayed toes, but for my toes it was heaven. Had them on now all day and been busy, no problems. If you need arch support, these are not that but I don't need arch support and all I want is to walk my dog for long walks and not have my feet hurt and my toes screaming---let me outa here! I am going to order several more pair and keep them in reserve so I won't have to be searching for something comfy to walk in for awhile. They seem like they will wear out fairly quickly, but I will take that in exchange for the modest price and the comfort I get. ... show more

I find these shoes very comfortable. This is my second pair and will order more. My "but" is that they are just a tad too long (I ordered my regular size) and I have to put heel cups in them. My other "but" is that in my first pair the layer just above the sole was apparently covered in paint, and it has been chipping off. I bought these for long walking days in Japan. I walked an average of 7 miles a day and they held up well. My feet hurt a little at the end of the day but not bad. These were comfy and cushiony. I wish they had a bit more arch support. I’ve bought another pair of Skechers from the store that are more fancy and expensive with better support. These are good for the price. ... show more

These shoes are like pillows and weigh virtually nothing. Super comfy. I've been walking every day with them and love the way they feel. My only complaint is the fact that the interior sole has started lifting and I now have exposed staples. That doesn't feel good on my heel. I will have to add some sort of insert to get that pressure off my heel. Not sure if I can send them back?? ... show more

I love the Skecher's Joy sneakers. I have problem feet, so finding the right shoes is a must for me. I have Haglund's Deformity, which is basically bone overgrowth of the heel. These shoes do not irritate my sensitive heel condition and provide just enough support. I can usually wear them all day without any issues. That makes a huge difference for me! I hope they don't discontinue this style anytime soon, as they work out great. Also, nice to have them in such a wide range of sizes/colors. ... show more

Very comfortable shoes especially if you’re on your feet all day or walking a distance. Cushioned insole is very nice, almost slipper like. I originally purchased these in my usual size of 7-1/2 but they were just a bit big. So exchanged for 7 & they fit better. I got the wide which is very wide, might have been ok with regular width. But still very comfortable & maybe good if my feet expand after a long day. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’m a receptionist in a medical office and needed something comfortable for 8 hours on my feet every day. These have been great! I’m a size 8 and ordered that size, they are a little loose if I wear thin ankle socks but they fit perfectly if I wear thicker wool or fluffy socks. In the summertime I will add a Dr Scholls insert or something to fill up that tiny bit of extra space so I don’t have to sweat in wool socks lol but do keep in mind they run SLIGHTLY big. That is the only downside I can think of. Other than that, fantastic and affordable, lightweight and comfortable, just an all around great everyday pair of shoes for walking or even light exercise. I actually used these as my water shoes when visiting Xcaret park in Mexico during my honeymoon and they were so comfortable the entire 7 hours I wore them (even soaked! I did have bandaids on my heels as a preventative so that might’ve helped with blisters but the shoes did not rub at all the entire day). We’ve been home a few weeks now and my shoes are back to work after their big adventure in a Mexican cave. Safe to say they’re holding up just fine and still look brand new!
