I had ordered from 3 different brands that touted wide toe box. Two pair sent back as I could not even get my foot in them never mind see if the toes were happy. One pair I sent back because they were way too wide, I am a MED so I never order wide. Toes might have been happy, but the size was way off in width. Finally I took a chance on these Sketchers. Ordered them in 8M. They slipped on easily and my toes had the room I needed. Might not be a wide enough toe box for hammer toes or really wide splayed toes, but for my toes it was heaven. Had them on now all day and been busy, no problems. If you need arch support, these are not that but I don't need arch support and all I want is to walk my dog for long walks and not have my feet hurt and my toes screaming---let me outa here! I am going to order several more pair and keep them in reserve so I won't have to be searching for something comfy to walk in for awhile. They seem like they will wear out fairly quickly, but I will take that in exchange for the modest price and the comfort I get. ... show more

Have multiple shoe issues (size, comfort, etc.), but I could wear these right out of the box. Runs about a half size large, which was great for me - there isn't a 11.5 size. Have Black on Black and Navy on grey pairs. Am ordering gray/white pair next. Great for feet that have arthritis in them. The material gives for a really comfortable fit. Another added benefit: because of ventilation from stretchy material, my feel stay warm in the winter. I don't have to worry about sweat that leads to a cold foot. ... show more

So comfortable. Fit is a little big for a 9.5, but with socks they fit perfectly. Fit is between a 9 & 9.5. I take a risk and walked 18 holes of golf the very first time wearing them. They are like walking on a cloud. I will def buy more in different colors.

So far, I'm happy with this purchase. I wear a size 8 in sandels and 8 1/2 in closed toes shoes with space left over. Opted to buy the 8 since most reviews said they run a bit large. Haven't found that to be completely true. The shoes are very close to being a bit too snug but do believe that they will stretch with wear. I'm wearing them right now and they are losening up. I returned this shoe because I thought the "Natural" was too light. But it did feel comfortable. There is not a lot of support, but I planned on placing an orthotic in them. I've since received a different color and I'm leased with those. The toe box may feel slightly wide, but once I placed my insert in, it fit just fine. ... show more

The color and fabric are terrific-just like the images. However, the soles are slick- we have wood floors, tile floors and luxury vinyl plank. I can slide a few feet on dry floors! Walked the neighborhood to rough up the soles a bit. Not certain if more use will make them more grippy or will simply wear the sole smooth and make them more slippery. I took off a star for this property of the soles. (Sorry the photo shows the soles AFTER my neighborhood walk) That said, the cushion of the insoles on new Skechers shoes is without equal.
