Bought these for a trip that involved city walking and a slightly “dressier” look than usual walking/light hiking shoes I wear. Size 9 and fit is good. I don’t have wide feet but initially they were tight across the top of my foot. After a few wearing/walks this loosened up. They are light, easy to slip on/off at TSA security and very comfortable for miles/hours of pavement walking. I did wear them in a sandy area and as someone else mentioned the loose weave let dust in, but no big deal. Would recommend and looking at getting another color besides pure black

I almost always wear a 10W but in this style the 10W was too long, I walked out of them. So, these run a full size large, the 9W fit perfectly and plenty wide for my gorilla feet, even with a large bunion I had no rubbing and they are super comfortable. I’ve tried many of their styles but the Joy is by far the widest and most comfortable for me. I ordered three more colors. Great shoe, you can throw them in the wash, air dry and they look like new. I ordered these in navy blue with the gray bottom. I normally wear between an 8 to 8 1/2 . I wear a 9 in sketcher sneakers. I do sometimes need a wide depending on the shoe. I ordered these in 8 1/2 wide. The length is perfect, but the width is a bit too wide as well as the heel area. When walking the heel is definitely too loose. If you plan to wear a heavier sock the 8 1/2 wide might be fine for you. I am re-ordering these in 8 1/2 medium. I am hoping they will fit. I do have to say I really like the look and comfort of these shoes. I will update when I receive the new pair.

I think the fit size chart is accurate. I needed a size 8 with a wide enough toe box and comfort for my high instep/high arch. These deliver. I easily got my swollen fit into the shoes and they are very comfortable. The toe box is wide enough without ordering Extra Wide shoes. The size 8-8.5 fit well with just enough tightness around the heel of my foot, yet enough loseness that the shoes aren't binding my feet. The back rides up and down a bit on my right foot, so I put large bandaids on until the shoe wears in a bit. You can also use bandage tape around your heel or kinesio tape if you have that around instead of a bandaid. I'm happy to have a good walking shoe that didn't break the bank. Very comfortable, easy to slip into, size is true for fit. I recommend these shoes as a good option for neuropathic feet as I have as well as ease of walking and whatever use you need. They’re lightweight and durable.

These Skechers fit my foot in 8.5 Narrow. They feel great & the Taupe will go with any color I wear. I broke my ankle in 2 places & had surgery; however these Skechers support my foot & I can walk without my cane.

I have had Sketchers in the past...like almost 2 decades ago. The pair that I had no give, sneaker style, felt like I was walking on bricks, every time I put them on and I put them often. The things you're willing to put yourself though just because you think they look cute. Fast forward today, I was hesitant on purchasing another pair. I did some research. I was going to New Orleans as a volunteer for the Superbowl and I knew I'd be walking/standing alot. None of my shoes, even my worn down cross trainers, in my arsenal fit the bill, so I purchased these as they were rated high by nurses. Jumped right into them for the airport and the trip. Great shoe for the airport, easy to take off and slide back into before & after TSA, no need to bend down. Feels soft on my feet. There is a fit issue, for me it's around the ankles. I got a 7.5 Wide, ever step that I took, my heel almost came out of them. I added my arch support to help fill out the shoe, I'm not sure if it did anything. Yet I still perservered in them as the only other shoe I had with me were a pair of dress flats. I walked alot (miles!), stood alot (hours) over the 5 days of being out there, but the shoe, combined with my ortho inserts, really minimize my back and foot strain. And they're still soft. Now I use them as I'm going out running errands shoe. I like that they're washable, but be careful around puddles, water will get into the shoe. Minus one star for the fit, lack of water resistancy.
