I am totally keeping these shoes! Sketchers surprises me with actually good quality shoes. I have now 4 pairs. The slip-in amazing. Totally no bending down at all and no need to worry about laces. The bottom and upper seems solid and sturdy. The upper has this protective layer (see photo) at the top of the toes that I am sure helps with durability and not wearing out or tears. These shoes run narrow and small. I bought them for my mother-in-law but had to exchange them. I went up a size and ordered wide, even though she has a regular width foot. I absolutely love these Skechers! I clean homes for a living, so I'm on my feet all day. These shoes slip on easily, without feeling loose. It feels like walking on clouds! They wash up easily with a damp cloth. I love the look, and my feet don't hurt anymore!

These are absolutely amazing. I was so tired of searching for a comfortable and supportive walking shoe that didn’t give me blisters or make my feet feel heavy and hot. I was so happy to find these!!! I wore them daily on a three-week trip to Europe with a LOT of walking. I wore them right out of the box, I did not need to break them in. Great arch support, easy slip on and off, cool, lightweight - felt like I was walking on pillows. Now I wear them whenever I can - these were a real lifesaver for me - just a dream. I bought a size up and didn’t need it so I bought them in my regular size and they were perfect. There was some challenging terrain on the trip and the traction was also great. Nice sturdy sole. I originally bought these to wear when walking my dog or running quick errands. I wanted shoes I could slip on quickly and that would provide some support. They turned out to be so comfortable that I find myself wearing them all the time and recently ordered a second pair in a different color. I've got bunions and planter's fasciitis, and I'm now at an age where I cannot wear shoes without decent arch support. These sneakers do not cause my feet to hurt at all. The fit is true to size, although I wear them without any socks and would probably go up a half size if I wanted to wear socks. They are structured enough to be truly hands-free to slip on and off, yet fit snuggly enough to not slip around when walking. I have not yet attempted to wash them, but the taupe color still appears like-new after wearing them non-stop for the past few months. ... show more

My foot measures exactly 9.1 " I wear a 51/2, they suggest a size 6. I said to myself, no get your normal size 5 1/2, so i did. It says in the description, adjustable. Yes I know they are slip on's, but the shoestring is elastic, so as far as adjustable, they really aren't. They did stretch a little tiny bit. If you have a really wide foot these shoes are not for you. It say wide but they are not as wide as you would think. As far as the material they are not made of the softer material, they are kinda rough on your skin. Not that soft stretchy material you would think. Yes they are breathable, but I dont wear socks, with these shoes.. The crushion memory foam, is not that really good cushion foam. They are light weight, traction is ok. . I've worn a lot of slip in sneakers, and when you put your foot in the shoe, the bottom of your heel hurts a little because the back of the shoe is so hard. Never felt one this hard. As far as the price I would not pay that much for these shoes. I ordered 2 pairs, have to keep the one pair now, but sending the other pair back, and getting something else.. If you look close in the pictures on each side of my foot, you can see my little toe stretching the material a little bit. If I would have ordered a 6 they would have slipped up and down on my heel.
