Why did you pick this product vs others?: I've long been looking for a fitness shoe that offered support for my high arches and enough stability that my foot wouldn't slide forward into the toe box. Also, wanted a sole that wasn't so thick as to cause problems when bike riding; and a simple casual style would be a plus. My years-long search for the perfect shoe is over. 3 star as in average product. I purchased this because it has arch fit. What I like: - My feet did not feel hot after walking for about 30-45 a day. - Shoe laces are somewhat stretchable which my feet did not feel tie down. What I feel uncomfortable: - The shoes built-in arch did not provide good support for my high arch. Perhaps, it wasn't custom-made, so the support isn't great. - Tried putting my good feet arch support into the shoe, don't like the additional bulkiness. - As can be seen in one of my photos, rocks got stuck on the bottom of the shoes because of the wide gaps. Note, I didn't feel the rocks when walking which is good. - For the shape of my feet, the topline of the shoe touches my ankle bone, which make walking uncomfortable. - After walking about 30-45 min a day with this shoe, my bunions get slight pain, but not other part of my leg. For over $50, this does not feel the best value for money. Not sure if I can get a refund since I wore it for a few days ago. ... show more
