I have these shoes in both white and black, I love them! I work in a hospital and I’m walking 12 hours a day, I broke my foot last year and the doctor suggested I find sneakers with high arches to put less stress on the metacarpal bones in my feet and it has been a game changer!!! I recommend them to everyone, I normally wear between 6-7 and I ordered 6.5 they fit perfect. I narrow small feet with very high arches and these fit perfect, if you have wide feet these may not be for you. The shoes have SO much cushioning that it compresses your foot against the sides and top of the show, making it uncomfortable. Get at least one size up
