I'm a nurse and wear these every shift. I have extra high arches and chronic metatarsalitis so I added additional gel insoles and arch supports. These shoes have enough toe space to hold extra orthotics. I need extra wide shoes and these are perfect. When you're on your feet for 12-16 hours you are always going to feel it, but I feel it a lot less with these shoes. I really wanted these to fit because they are very cute. They have good arch support and the toe box didn't pinch my bunion. But the toe box was low, so it pushed down on the top of my toes. It's possible that getting a half size larger would take care of that, but I wear size 10 and it doesn't come in 10.5, so that wasn't an option. im in love with these sketches. they are cute. comfortable, durable, still look new. ive had 7 surgeries on the left foot and 3 on the right and because of this I have problems with finding the right shoes but these are amazing and dont hurt me

They fit great, super comfortable and I get compliments on them all the time. It's my 2nd pair this year so I'm definitely a fan. I also have wide, flat feet, but these have good support and come in my wide. I wear mine everyday and highly recommend giving them a try.
