I normally wear size 9 but I purchased this 9 WIDE and I'm loving it! These shoes are very comfortable, lightweight, and is made out of breathable material, keeping your feet cool. They look classy and I can wear them casually with my jeans or semi-formally with khakis to work. I already heard so many compliments from my coworkers and friends. ** TIP ** The shoelaces are for style only and cannot be adjusted or tightened so makes sure you order the size that fits your feet perfectly. These are more like a slip on shoes that looks like a sneaker. THE BOTTOM LINE: 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended. Great pair shoe!

Problem being that the left shoe's insole came glued down out of alignment. Not wanting to risk tearing the Insole by fixing it myself, I ordered a replacement. Just as I expected the replacement had the identical issue. This time I successfully removed the insole and realigned it, after doing the left I also did the right seeing as it could be better. Now, I bought the Sketcher's Brexton shoe from Khol's and they have the identical sole and insole, and they came perfectly fine. It make you wonder if Sketchers passes shoe's with lower quality checks to online sales/vendors? Because no one would put this shoe on in store and buy it. The shoe is super comfortable, and quality is great outside of their 'assembly.' I still recommend, and just know that you can get the insoles out to fix them without tearing them, and I probably wont need to buy glue because they're still pretty tacky to the sole.

Ok. I'm a guy and not that into shoes but I wear Sketchers for the comfort..not necessarily the looks. I have seen these off and on in stores and I like the looks. They are a casual shoe that you can wear to dinner or a movie. They are very comfortable. They usually cost around $65 dollars everywhere I have looked so the price on these was outstanding. My only minor issue is that they don't actually tie. They are a slip on shoe and I guess I didn't pay that close attention to that detail. Again...a guy not that into shoes. I like the ability to lace my shoes a little tighter because I have a narrow foot. All in all a good purchase.

I was so surprised by how terribly uncomfortable these shoes were. The "comfort sole" on the inside is somewhat soft, however, it doesn't fill the whole inside. There is a 1/4" gap around the edge with no padding. As a result, it always feels like you are stepping on something. The arch support is similar in that is more just uncomfortable rather than supporting. This is not normal for Sketchers, as I usually like their shoes. The outside looked fine, but I am not one to wear a terribly uncomfortable shoe just for looks.

When I tried to pull them on, I found that the loops on the heel counters were much too small. They correspond to ring size 0, which might fit a 4-year-old. The tread delighted me because it would tend to release mud and if necessary, could be cleaned on the bristles of a boot scraper. Most shoes used to be like that, but now many manufacturers don't seem to care. I began finding pebbles on floors There's a light-colored insert in the black sole. I don't see any reason for it but fashion. Around the insert is a deep groove. Pebbles lodge in the groove, out of reach of a boot scraper. Indoors, the flexing of the sole may release a pebble. It has probably brought in mud as well as stones. I seem to have solved the problem by filling in grooves with silicone RTV. I slit the threads on the leather loops, opening them to leather tabs long enough to pinch. I can't pull as hard that way as I could with my finger through a loop, so putting on a shoe takes two hands. Once they're on, they're decent shoes, but I'll be wary of the Skechers brand in the future. Update: After a year of walking a couple of miles in them on alternate days, I haven't worn them out. More than once, the soles started to come lose, and I restuck them with Flexiseal RTV. The Flexiseal I put in the grooves is still there, preventing them from picking up stones and soil. I'd be glad to buy them again, so I'll raise my rating from 4 to 5 stars.

Honestly I'm surprised how well these fit. I have wide feet and usually have to get 12.5 or 13 instead of 12 because of that. But these fit just right. There is a tab bit of wiggle room for my toes, but overall a very good fit. These are also extremely comfortable and slide on quite easy. I haven't had any issues with them falling off during any activities either.

I had been looking for a breathable yet comfortable shoe for a trip to Thailand when I saw these at Fred Meyer. I would normally never have considered Sketchers, but after having tried on over a dozen shoes at that point, I was pretty desperate to find something that wouldn't drench my feet in sweat in the tropical heat and humidity, but would still provide a reasonable amount of support for all the walking I was planning to do in Bangkok. After wearing these for two weeks abroad and almost two years back home, I have to admit that they are the most comfortable and breathable everyday sneakers I have ever worn—and they look fairly classy, too! I ended up ordering a second pair from Amazon as the soles of the first pair are starting to get worn out. Even then, you can't see any significant signs of wear externally, and the shoes still provide me with great support. I would highly recommend!
