Having purchased a similar leather version of this Skecher shoe, I decided to research the internet for a summer version when I stumbled upon this model. I read the reviews and made some adjustments to my sizing, thinking I should err on the side of caution because of said reviews, but it didn't seem to matter. I normally wear an 11M, or a 10.5W depending on the shoe. Given the comments, I ordered a 10.5M. I found the width to be good, but the overall length was much too long. I returned those and ordered the 10W. The width adjustment was probably a bit optimistic, as the second pair allowed for a bit too much slide inside the shoe.     • Comfy Casual Shoe. Classier Alternative to Flip Flop

I'm wearing these shoes almost every day this summer (received these at the end of June). They are comfortable, roomy and they look just distressed enough to be casual everyday shoes (vs. a dressier loafer or boat shoe). I'm a 50+ man, reasonably fashionable and active. It's been 100+ Fahrenheit in my neck of the woods every day for the last 60 or 70 days. I'm wearing shorts every day and these shoes are easy to throw on and wear all day. I don't wear them for my morning walks or exercise in them, or do yardwork in them, but I wear them for everything else. Even when I have to go into the office, I'm wearing these shoes. Arch support is mediocre but the soles are removable. This is also good because I predict they will get stinky since I almost never wear socks with them. I gave this as a gift 🎁. He wears themselves almost daily because they're especially comfy. He has a time finding shoes roomy enough. We have what I call Flinstone Feet. They're wide and thick and mostly flat; and shoes are not usually made for our feet. These He says are amazing though.

This second pair is made even better than the first pair that I owned and completely wore through... eventually. However, this new pair looks and feels much sturdier and is made of better material. My husband loved these shoes when I purchased them for him in a different style 2 years ago. So when him finally tossed he asked me to find them again and I did in the newer style. He loves how comfortable they are & the of just slipping them on.
