Halfway through a 2 mile walk and listening to music I suddenly remembered I was wearing new shoes. They were so comfortable I forgot all about my feet! Only one small complaint: The picture on Amazon showed laces but no bow tie which is exactly the look I wanted. The shoes I received had the laces in a bow tie. Love these shoes. EAsy on easy off. Wide fits well! Only wish the soles lasted longer. New Balance, Nike, all the other brands will easily last 50% longer than the sole material used in Skechers.

The shoes are pretty okay. I'm a bigger dude and got these for knee pain relief. While they did help with my knees a little, they almost equally hurt my feet. They were crazy uncomfortable until I took out the original insoles and replaced them with Dr. Scholl's "Knee" insoles. Now they're alright. I think if I was to do it again I might just splurge and buy more expensive shoes. ... show more

I have now owned 5-6 pairs of Sketchers in various styles. Like all the others, these walking/running shoes are comfortable, super lightweight, and wear well right out of the box. My only minor adjustment to them was becoming accustomed to the slight rocking motion delivered by the rounded form of the shoe's outsole. Love this style of shoe. Sizing is not consistent from Skechers style to skechers style. so be prepared. This style ran narrow for the usual mens sizing, so I returned for X Wide. It is a touch shorter than other men's 7's, but that worked fine for me. Once you get by the sizing you will find a very comfortable with a nice/novel slip in feature that I find very welcome in a lot of situations. These are well cushioned. I have a foot injury that can make walking very far absolute misery unless the shoe is supportive in the arch and soft in the heel, a rare combination without custom insoles. These manage to be perfectly supportive and comfortable all day. Get them dirty? They rinse off and dry quickly. Oh, and this style slip-in has the added bonus of functional shoestrings to give you the option of fine fit adjustments. Super! I ordered a second pair, and will watch for more colors. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Exactly as advertized, slips on stays on ( I haven't tried tennis, running or basketball ) and it seems to fit snuggly enough to play active sports all but ones with a lot of sliding Comfort: like walking on air Breathable: yep you bet feet dry as a saltine cracker Shoe quality: good quality assembly could be better but good enough Fit: yep like Cinderella Walking ability: like walking on air but enough support in the right places so that my feet don't get tired after 2-4 miles longer might require specilized walikng shoes Durability: just got them ... show more
