I bought these in black in size 11 for my teenage son (who is size 11). They were too loose on him and he felt like they would slip off his feet. I had my husband (who is size 10.5) try them on with thick socks on a whim and they fit him comfortably. He walked around the house and up and down the stairs in them and they were fine. I guess it's because his feet are wider than my son's. I'm glad I don't have to return or exchange them and my husband can use them. Sketchers is a great brand and their sneakers and walking shoes are always comfortable. For this particular shoe, I'd say size down for a better fit. ... show more

    • Comfy - good quality - but not perfect
Size: 10.5 Color: Black/White 2
Overall I like these shoes. They have a good feel, and are great for long walks which is what I wanted. It was also important to me that they be slip on. Note: they run large. I normally wear an 11 but found that the 10.5 fits perfectly. But there are two things I don't care for: 1. They are a "slip on" but at least with my feet and my shoes, you don't just stand there and slip them on. I have to sit down and pull them on which is a nuisance. If you try to just "step in" most of the time you just crush the heel and end up having to sit down to pull it back up right. 2. They "hold onto" gravel rocks like crazy!! We have a long gravel driveway, and virtually every time I walk there, 2 or 3 good-size gravel rocks stick in the tread... 1/2" rocks typically are the ones that stick. The tread holes are huge - and this happens constantly. I come walking in the house and it sounds like I'm going to tap dance until I pull the rocks out of the treads. Whoever designed them surely lived in a big city and never once tested them on a gravel surface. Otherwise, I think they're great shoes for the money. ... show more

I was not sure about getting “slip on” sneakers, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that these do indeed slip on and off just fine as advertised. I have rather difficult feet to find shoes for because of diabetes and swelling in my legs, ankles, and feet, but these are working just great! I only just got them, so as far as durability goes I have no comment yet, but the quality looks good and they are extremely comfortable. Like walking with pillows on your feet. The Skechers Men's Gowalk Flex-Athletic Slip-on shoes are comfortable right out of the box, thanks to the air-cooled foam. They're great for casual walking and running errands, and I love how easy they are to slip on and off. However, after a few weeks of regular use, I noticed the soles started to wear down faster than I expected. The durability just isn’t what I hoped for, especially from a brand like Skechers.
