For reference, I am about 5'9", 175 pounds, with average width and size feet. I bought my normal size 10. The length is perfect, but the shoe fits very loosely. They look a little smaller/narrower than my other Skechers loafers, but they fit the same (meaning they fit well). No heel-slip, no crushing of the toes. The arch support is a bit flatter than I prefer, but not at all bad. The build quality for mine are pretty good so far. I haven't worn them enough to get an idea of wear-and-tear.

This is the second pair of Skechers loafers I have purchased. I bought the first pair almost a year ago and they have become my go-to slip-on shoe for casual wear. The Johnson and Murphy quality is always high. The fit my wide feet perfectly and are very comfortable, which is why I have purchased this second pair in a different color.

So silly me ran a chainsaw over my bare feet and needed stitches. I was travelling 10 days after "the incident" and was worried I would have to be wearing sandals all the time. Nearing the departure time I decided to try the slip-ons just to see if any would be comfortable. SO after the goldilocks experiment I found these to be perfect. roomy enough so that the shoe wasn't resting or rubbing on the wound and having the right length that the shoe wasn't falling off. Like I said - perfect fit. Cinderella or Goldilocks - take your pick. All I know is that Sketchers has a fan for life. Oh yeah, The shoes even as it was enclosed around the toe was more comfortable than the sandals I carried. Yayyy

I purchased these Skechers loafers for my dad for his 73rd birthday. He absolutely loves them so much so that he wears them everyday. This is a huge compliment to the shoe since my dad is really picky about shoes. He is diabetic and has a cyst on the ball of his foot. Dad has diabetic neuropathy which causes his feet to burn, tingle, and go numb. A shoe that binds his foot makes matters worse. Dad has loved these Skechers from day one. No break-in period for these loafers. These Avillo loafers are a bit dressier than a regular tennis shoe which suits my dad just fine. These were a good gift for my dad because these shoes are giving back comfort and ease!

These shoes are very comfortable. Most of my shoes are size 10. I bought this exact shoe a few weeks ago in size 10. They were a little large and so I inserted a thick insole and that pair works fine. I ordered another pair in size 9 1/2 and this pair fits perfectly.

I prefer my usual Skechers Go Walks. Simply because these have the stonewashed look. As far as fit I suggest ordering a Wide in your Amazon suggested size. These are a little tight and not as wide as Go Walks. I am going to keep them. As far as being Skechers the quality is excellent and this is my fifth pairs of Skechers in four and a half years. I walk a lot. I did 375 miles walking in one ninety day period. Skechers are by far the best walking shoe for my 6'4" 280lb. frame.
