I always pack my switch in this case when traveling and it’s perfectly protected! Little straps on the sides keep the switch in place and there’s an inner pouch to keep some games. My nintendo brand case fell apart but this one is holding up very well

I bought this to replace my Switch case that I had for about 4 or 5 years that was falling apart. Initially I was very impressed with the overall build quality, there is small pouch to fit accessories and the zipper feels very robust. Although I am not at all a fan of the elastic straps that hold the switch down, they will no doubt stretch over time, they really should've used velcro straps instead. The case also could've used some extra padding, or some indentations for the joycons to rest into, because the Switch is kind of just sitting there loose and can easily shake around. There is also a weird chemical/factory smell that just doesn't seem to go away, I could smell it from across the room when I first got the case and its still rather potent even after being aired out. I could live with those other shortcomings on their own, but I'm going to have to return the case just because the smell is that bad and I'd highly recommend just going with a different case.
