The shoes arrived quickly and were as advertised. They fit well and are extremely comfortable. I have issues with my feet due to nerve damage. These shoes are great for people with mobility challenges as they don't require tying, and still fit comfortably. The only drawback is that the soles are made of that now popular foam material and they wear down more more quickly than the old school rubber soles. This is my second pair, and I'll probably order another pair when they wear out.

The only "problem" with these shoes is that the brick-and-mortar stores either don't carry the colors I want, or the size I need. How on earth can they do business if they don't "stock shoes?" I'll never figure that out! So, of course, "just go to Amazon and get some." I haven't found any shoes that fit this well for a long, long time, and these are just wonderfully light-weight and comfortable -- it's like walking around in your slippers. I need the wide width, so I bought a couple of colors with the wide widths. The only thing that could be better might be the color ranges, especially with the wide widths -- I'd love to get the light brown shoe in wide widths, but that just doesn't exist. Also, I would sure like to see them change the soles from white to colors coordinated with the shoe uppers, for a dressier look. Right now, all they do that with is the black color, but again, I sure wish they'd do that kind of thing with the other colors. But ultimately, that won't keep me from buying more. My purchase this time was for a couple of extra pairs, in case my existing pairs wear out, and I'll probably be back relatively soon to buy a couple more. I've learned the hard way too many times that when you find something that fits perfectly, you just need to build up a stock of them, because the manufacturer will eventually change things and you'll never find anything that fits as well again.

Got shoes in 2015's Color of the Year Marsala. Like the atypical color and how it looks with jeans. Looks kind of silly with shorts, especially jersey-style ones. Pros: Cost, fit right the first time, color (can't find anywhere else), design/style, get compliments Cons: Gel insole flattens as soon as your weight is on it. While it feels thick and comfortable to press on with your fingers, when you actually wear the shoes, the gel flattens to nothing and gives almost no comfort, support, or cushion. Worse yet, it's really slick, so I've come close to spraining/rolling my ankle and tripping several times. My foot slips and slides around on the slick surface (yes, I wear socks) and I've even tripped on stairs. It's like my foot just slides down to the end at times or I take a step and it's like slipping on a banana peel. The tread is generally great, but between the iffy arch support, flattening gel, slick insides, and chunky sole, people have to be having injuries from these shoes. Also, as someone else had commented, from the first time wearing them, they get a crease across the toe which is rather annoying--makes them look worn when brand new. Arch support should be a bit more substantial. Reddish color rubs off on things, especially when wet and the pale gray (almost white) sole has turned blue on the heel side from rubbing against my jeans. Comfortable enough for work (sitting most of the time and walking on carpet), uncomfortable for walks or exercise due to lack of cushion.
