I ordered these for a friend who is incarcerated. They were not for me. The prison held these for at least 6 weeks before telling my friend they were not acceptable due to the red color on the inside of the tongue. He did get to see them and briefly try one on to check sizing. He said they felt wonderful and he was very disappointed that he was unable to keep them. I need to find out if I can return these for a refund since he is unable to use them and the time that transpired was out of our control. Please advise me as to how to proceed.     • Wish it was a softer material used for the bottom of the shoe.

I wish that the rubber soul was the softer foam material that is used on the go walk version of skechers arch fit. Its like a spongey material that makes your feet feel like your walking on pillows but these shoes are much harder on my feet now I don't want to wear any other shoe that has hard rubber material for the bottom souls. I recommend the arch fit go walk version if you want a very comfortable memory foam feel when walking. ... show more

This is my second pair of Skechers Arch Fit shoes. They are comfortable and fit well. The only complaints are that the strings are a little too short and I need a shoe horn to get on as the heel collapses if I just try to slip into them.
