The slip resistance is amazing. In my store, corn meal, flour, icing, sprinkles, fudge—you name it—is on the floor and not once have I ever slipped despite walking over it. I have had 2 instances in our walk-in freezers with ice in the floor, but the shoes saved my life in all honesty. I first saw these shoes in person at WSS for like $80, luckily I looked on here and saw them for $50. Anyways, I tried them in person in my size (7.5) and they were super snug around the toe box. I think it’s the extra cushioning in the shoe, but since they were so comfortable I decided to try out a size 8 and it work out! Size 7.5 was uncomfortable bc my toes kept slightly pushing up again the toe box, so going up a .5 size allowed me to have about a thumb or less of space. I sized up a half size though I’m not sure it was entirely necessary. At any rate, I’ve worn chef shoes from crocs, Birkenstock and now Skechers. Skechers leave my feet and legs feeling like they still have some life left in them at the end of a shift.

Shoe is very comfortable I bought wide. I have horrible pain in my heels and I stand for long shifts on concrete floors so I bought wide to accommodate my heel pads and extra socks. Definitely will buy again 😃

Love these, my feet started to hurt again and I looked at when I last purchased… IT WAS 2 YEARS AGO! No wonder my feet were starting to hurt again, I have to say these shoes last and my old shoes don’t have any tears and everything is still in tact so these shoes do last! I work on a concrete floor 8 hours a day and are the only ones that help my feet, highly recommend. I do have one odd concern the shoes came in a box with a Kohl’s sticker on them (see photo) but they have no signs of being worn at all so I will keep them, just thought that odd. ... show more
