We received the shoes and they worked fine. After my kid put them on and walked around for a bit we noticed that they were no longer lighting up. I thought they were defective so we did an exchange for a new pair. Upon receiving the new pair we noticed the same thing happened again. They worked for a bit and then no lights again. I was getting ready to return them and get my money back when I noticed a button with the word ‘lights’ on it on the top of the strap you use to fasten the shoes.
