Debating between 3 and 4 stars...these are great layering shirts but they have a few issues. The material softness seems to vary slightly between colors. The shirt is a good weight for winter weather but would be too heavy to wear to keep the AC chill off in warmer weather...as mention with the softness I have noticed the shirt weight seems to vary between colors as well (I have this shirt in black, grey and neon orange..the neon orange is a softer and lighter material). Sleeve length is good ( I have long arms and the sleeves go to my wrist). The shirt length is ok...I wouldn't mind if it was a little longer and I definitely would not want it any shorter. The neckline is perfect...not too high not too low. I have noticed some pilling after washing and drying several times. The biggest issue I have with these shirts is that they run very small. I usually wear size small and size up to a medium when needed. Based on previous reviews I ordered a large and I'm so glad I did...if I ordered again I would probably even size up to an XL. I love these shirts, I have over 20 of them. But my biggest complaint is that they all fit differently and you never know which color is going to fit right. I'm 135lb 5'5 muscular woman who does body building. Chest is 34DD. I have to get an xs and sometimes the length is so long on these shirts it gets bunched up tucking it in. Other times they fit just right. I wish they would fix this. No reason I should be an xs. The sizing is just so off ... show more

I was searching for a soft, long-sleeved base layer to wear under chef coats and kitchen shirts in the winter. I needed it to be lightweight, yet durable enough for everyday wear, and affordable enough to buy a few. A flattering fit was a plus, but comfort was my main priority. I spend 10+ hours in uniform, so it was important to find a shirt that checks all the boxes, and this one did not disappoint! I was encouraged by all the positive reviews from other people with similar likes. My first impression wasn’t so inspired, the fabric wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped. I worried it was going to be too small, and possibly heavy. I was mistaken. It’s substantial enough to be insulating, and stretchy enough that it wasn’t too small. It’s not compressing, but flattering, I was delighted by how great it looks on. Could easily wear it as a shirt in the real world. I wore it out of the box and it was okay. After laundering (probably in hot water and a commercial dryer) the fabric got buttery smooth, maintained the great fit, without shrinking or fading. I’m 5’6” 135, 32DD, and a size S fit as expected (and suggested.) I’ll be ordering several more! ... show more

I am very pleased with this long-sleeved, long-tailed t-shirt! It is super-soft, not bulky and it's actually at its best worn under a scrub top--or any top--or with a pair of skinny jeans. Be advised, that the material is quite fine, but to say it's thin is misleading, since it's very nice material. It's just that if you have lumps and bumps and things to, er, hide--you want to pair it with something that helps you out a little. Like underneath a sweater or a scrub top, for example. It's a large percentage polyester, and a lesser percent (35%) cotton. The color is lovely and true. I got a butter yellow and I'm so pleased with it. When I'm not wearing the shirt with my scrubs, I dare to wear it by itself because who cares if I've got a lump or two? This shirt comes highly recommended, anyway! ... show more
