I bought this for my migraines, since it’s weighted and can be used cold. However, I have been loving using it every night before bed to cool down, especially during the hot summer months. It truly is a lifesaver and makes me feel like a newborn or like I’m still in the womb - so calm and peaceful. I will say I wish it stayed cooler longer, but still it stays colder than I thought it would. Couldn’t believe what I was missing! These masks are amazing and make all of the difference in getting good night sleep. I like how there is a zipper to be able to remove the outer cover to wash.

I bought this because the mask i love has no cover and after 2 years of use is not so fresh. I had to take this mask off the first night. The insert is sewn in such a way that it smashes your eyeballs. I like the cover. Now I put my far superior mask into the cover. The insert is a waste.

I got this to help with my migraines that I get way too often.. I wanted something that would block out light, provide a small amount of pressure (It’s not a lot of weight, and I’m not sure why but it helps me as the majority of the pain is behind my eyes) and a material that would stay cool.
