SITKA is recognized as high-end outdoor sporting gear. More than bragging rights with my hunting buddies, SITKA is built for durability, comfort, and practicality. I especially love the attention to detail that SITKA gives its products. The fabric This bib provides comfort in warmth, softness, and ease of use. When you sit for hours in the damp cold, the slightest wind just cuts right through you. SITKA is a wind stopper. The bib is fitting, yet; the fabric allows for ease of movement without binding or restricting. Plenty of room for sitting or squatting-see pics. Even though the bib is made with a GORE-TEX membrane, it makes no noise and simply feels like soft fabric, no swishing. I tested the bib outside and I felt no zipper leaks or compromised spaces for cold air to flow through. The bib felt light, soft, cozy, and comfortable. The bib in combination with my boots and SITKA jacket are a game changer. This is going to be amazing sitting for hours in the field. The Straps The bib shoulder straps are stretchy and connecting hook is durable and adjustable. The straps adjust by moving the hook higher on the strap vs a slip through, tension buckle, making it more reliable-see pic. The straps have a thin, non-slip strip that prevents slipping and extra movement over your shoulders-see pic. Zippers and Snaps One of the most important thing for the huntsman is quiet. The zippers and snaps are quiet. The zippers on the legs, pockets, and crotch allow for easy access and easy in and out of the bib. I can remove the bib OVER my bulkiest boots. How convenient is that! The zippered legs are secured with a snap. I love the zipper pocket over the snap pocket. It gives me a large storage place for what I want to carry with me and easy access to what I need now. The interior pockets are huge and completely separate from the zipper pocket on the exterior. Issues Be sure to check over your bib carefully in case you plan to wait a while before using it. I found part of the snap at the bottom of both legs were missing-see pics. This snap is important so the zipper doesn’t open up in use or when snagged by shrubbery. Things happen, but I called SITKA.com and their phone line hangs up on you, it says, due to volume. The message refers you to an online chat, which I couldn’t find. I ended up returning it to Amazon for an exchange, but if I had found it later, it may have been an ordeal. There was an online place to request warranties and repairs, which says it takes 4-8 weeks. Refunds and exchanges must be within 30 days of purchase date. I did successfully receive an exchange in only 3 days. Overall, this bib is AWESOME! I love the attention to detail, feel, comfort, and ease of this garment. It’s a must-have for the serious huntsman. Very highly recommend!

These bibs are really great at stopping the wind and keeping me warm. Like with any Sitka product you get what you pay for and these stratus bibs are just that. With a couple layers underneath I was comfortably warm on stand in 34 degree temps. The pockets are great and they dry fast too, high leg zippers make it easy to put on and take off with boots on.

These SITKA goretex windstopper bins are the best. My husband was so excited when I was offered these. He is a hunter and has never spent this much money on bibs. They have a micro-fleece outer shell and silent snap cargo pockets, and adjustable low profile suspenders. They are 100% windproof, and the micro-grid fleece interior offers superior warmth-to-weight ratio without bulk for all-day comfort. It has full Length Side Zips for easy on/off access and quick ventilation without leaving your stand. The bibs fit perfectly (true to size), plenty of room for arm and shoulder movement, the pockets are located in great locations for easy access, outer material is soft which is good for quieter movements, quality stitching throughout the bibs, super well made, lightweight and leave room for base layers. These are expensive but my husband says they are “Totally worth it.” and he highly recommends them. UPDATE: I am adding my husband’s personal review. The Sitka hunting bibs are truly impressive in both quality and performance. From the first time I put them on, it was clear they’re built to a higher standard. Every seam, zipper, and stitch feels durable and well-constructed, reflecting Sitka’s reputation for premium outdoor gear. The quality fabric is both tough and flexible, standing up to thick brush and rugged terrain while remaining comfortable to wear. Even after multiple hunts, the bibs show no signs of wear, which speaks volumes about their craftsmanship. The attention to detail in the design is outstanding.
