I would suggest getting one size down if you are on the lower end of the measurement brackets. I am 38 inches at the bust and got a medium, and it is so baggy. The good thing is that everything else was fine, I just got the wrong size. I got another in a small, and it is amazing. I love the patterns on both and they are both still fun to wear ... show more
