So this is not your regular HTV. But after messing with it and pulling my hair out for a while it wasn't a complete waste either. Remove the vinyl that you'll be cutting from the plastic sheet that it is attached to and place it DESIGN UP on your cricut mat or whatever you are using to cut. DO NOT MIRROR CUT. I cut the shapes that I wanted on the mat then just weeded it right on the cricut mat. You can use contact paper or cricut transfer paper to get it off of the mat in one piece then place it on your shirt or whatever you're pressing. Here's the kicker. Leave the transfer paper on and press but not for more than about 5 seconds at a time or it WILL wrinkle the HTV. Depends on your material but it may take a little longer. As soon as you can peel the transfer paper off without taking the vinyl with it, do so. Then just press it for maybe 5-10 seconds longer to get the HTV to stay. This stuff is a pain and does take a few extra steps but it does look good. Now we will see how it holds up after a few washes! Good luck! ... show more

    • Vinyl doesn’t need mirrored

This is only htv that you do not reverse and it take a special transfer tape to apply this and it is not included but doesn’t say it. None of the other htv needs this. Wasted two sheets of vinyl Update: I was sent replacement and was able to finish what I needed worked better

    • Read directions before purchasing and using!
I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. The reason this is cheaper than the roll of Siser in the same print is because you. Eed to purchase heat transfer paper to use it. This is not like other heat transfer, you need to cut it un-mirrored. I still used the everyday iron on setting and it weeded very easily. I then used the heat transfer paper to iron it onto the fabric. You can not use regular transfer tape as it will melt ... show more

    • Frustrating to use the first time

I thought I needed to change my blade or purchased regular vinyl and not iron on so I read more about the football print vinyl and learned that you need to cut it right side up and not mirror image the way you do with every other iron on vinyl. A warning on the back or somewhere visible would have been helpful and I would not have wasted my first sheet. I only learned through the review comments how to use this particular product. It turned out great in the end, but it was more than just unfortunate that I wasted time and money thinking that since I never saw anything in the package about instructions for this vinyl. I would possibly buy again from this seller and this type of vinyl since I know know the tricks. ... show more

I did not like this vinyl. Most htv you mirror the image. And then the patterned piece was put on the plastic piece backwards even if you didn’t mirror the image. No one wants to have to pull the vinyl off of the plastic piece to make it work. Then their was no instructions let you know to apply it differently. I thought my blade was not working on my machine, finally figured it out after wasting two pieces of vinyl. ... show more

I used the directions to cut the vinyl and when the cut was finished according to the directions sent and went to iron it onto the shirt to discover that the cover on the HTV was placed on the white side which is the glue part of the vinyl instead of the camo color part. I cut it with mirror on and mirror off as instructions stated neither way worked so I ended up trashing all of the vinyl as it was useless for the project. This was my first time working with a printed HTV and it was a learning experience. I didn't know you needed an additional carrier sheet, but I was able to make an older one work from other HTV. Overall, I would recommend, but just be careful, as I had melted the print off in a few spots. A little frustrating if you haven't worked with printed HTV, but you'll get the hang of it. This stuff is terrible. It doesn’t come with a carrier sheet, so you lay it on the mat with the pretty side up, cut (without mirroring), weed, then you have to put transfer paper on it and put it on your item. Then you have to carefully adhere it to your item without wrinkling the vinyl and pull the transfer paper off, also without ripping the vinyl. Then once it is lightly secured you press as usual.
