It's a rounded singer bobbin, that's pretty much it. The fit is very snug around the bobbin winder. Might want to smooth that down a bit and always inspect for sharp edges.

I purchased these bobbins for a Singer 66 treadle sewing machine, 1912 version. The bobbins fit the machine and are well-made. However, the spools do not fit the bobbin winder. There is a small protrusion on the bobbin winder "faceplate." The protrusion is supposed to fit one of the holes on the side of the bobbin. They are a bit too high. Consequently, the bobbin does not wind well and must be manually pressed to the faceplate. I have one of the original Singer 66 bobbins and one hole is lower (closer to the axis) than any of the holes on the newer bobbins. ... show more
