Beautiful, well-made tutu!! This is a wonderful tutu, with sequins (moon and stars) on the outer multi-colored layer (it has 3 solid tulle layers under the top layer). The waistband is gold-colored, and it is sewn well. I have washed the skirt several times, and the sequins remain on the skirt. While this is decent quality for play clothes, the size is WAY OFF. Which, my first hint should have been offering one size for 2-6 years old. Anyways, I ordered the 2-6 size for our 3t daughter. It was very tight. She wore it three minutes and took it off. For kicks, I tried it on our 6-month old and it was even tight for her. Our kids wear normal sizes, 50 percentile on growth charts. Beautiful tute. The waist band is nice and thick and stretchy. I don't expect it to fit an 8 year old, my daughter is in 3t and it fits well but I don't expect it to fit after 5t. Very impressed with the quality.

I bought this for my daughter for dance class. I was worried the sizing would run small because my daughter is bigger for her age, but I ordered her normal size and it fit her nicely. It is long enough to be worn as a regular skirt with something under it and it looks remarkably like one I purchased a few years ago from Target. I only gave it 4 stars because the tulle frays easily. Of course we spilled chocolate on it, so I had to wash on delicate (air dried) in the special bag I use for clothes that snag easily. It came out nicely but there is a small amount of fraying. I think the tulle may have shrunk a little and the underlining stayed the same, so it is a little visible now to the critical eye. Overall I would still buy it again or buy another color because it is adorable. ... show more

Love the color and size. Beautiful tutu. DO NOT put it in the washer because the bottom layer will fray. I was planning to wash it by hand but forgot and put it in the washer by accident. The bottom layers frayers, but the top one was intact. I used scissors to cut the part that frayed on the bottom layers (about 1/4" to 1/2" inch and you and can't even tell because the top layers was intact 😁 The stars and moons didn't fall off in the wash. I hung it to dry. Fit my 1 year old, 23lb baby perfectly. Everyone loved it. It's very soft and fluffly. ... show more

My 3 year old loves this skirt! She is a girly girl and this skirt has the perfect fluff and Star sparkles! The only reason I can’t give it a 5 star is because the main fabric is left unfinished. The top layer tulle is able to be cut and not unravel, however the underneath layer is a slightly different texture of tulle and it is fuzzy on the end and looks like eventually it will unravel up. ... show more

My daughter loves it, she's 7 and wanted a twirly sparkly skirt. It's about knee length which I appreciate, and the fabric is lovely colors. I removed a star because those stars on the skirt are everywhere. All over my house, stuck to other clothes. It's not the worst, but a slight bummer.

My daughter LOVED wearing this tutu and everyone at her party commented how cute it was--definitely a win! I like that it actually had some teal coloring in it! More than half of the 'teal' products I ordered online for her party ended up being turqouise, instead, but this had a nice blend of colors that worked well for her purple and teal (and turquoise) party colors. This tutu will probably fit her for quite some time, too. I would say this probably fits anywhere from 18 mo. to 4 or 5 years (maybe more?), depending on the size of your child. It's hard to say, but maybe reviewers with older toddlers/kids can comment. ... show more
