Grandma now so a bit of a learning curve on getting it to lock in place correctly. In short, pull up top bars before pushing down the floor.🤣🤣. After that easy pease. It packs up well. It has a strong structure and zippers. I have no concern putting my grand babies in it. I love how easily it can be a side bed and right size for baby to be safe. I gave it a four because I had to do a little surgery on bassinet zipper in one corner. Stitching was too close to zipper and would not let it pass. Luckily I know how to sew and fix it.
