I bought this for my home office and it is what I had been looking for. It was easy to assemble and you do not have to use the drawer separators if you don't want to (I didn't use them). My only complaint is that the drawer is plastic. I wish it was metal mesh like the rest of the item. I am very happy as it is strong and holds a lot of papers in the dividers on top, which I use for my most frequently used docs for work. Just useing pictures to show how to put it together wasn't the best, also you should have had the packing for the screws seperated for the diffent sizes and on the instructions and just showing the different size. At least show a better picture of a sequence on how everything goes!!

I bought this for my office desk after researching dozens of similar products. It was fairly easy to assemble, I used a magnetized tip screw-driver that made the smaller screws easier to put in. Holes were drilled correctly. Phew! This was the only one I found that stores the files at increasing heights parallel to the front, so I can read the labels at a glance. All other similar ones stored the files front to back and the way I use them on my desk, those labels would be unreadable without standing up. The middle shelf can be pulled out too. The four stars is because the plastic "drawer" is incredibly small and flimsy. It has nothing to hold it in and every time I want to retrieve the small items, the drawer just falls out lopsided! The drawer should have been metal and larger to fit correctly. It seems like an after thought. Still figuring out if I can perhaps attach a dowel at the back to keep it from sliding out completely. Shipping was as described, item came very well-packaged. Would recommend, if you can live with the flimsy drawer. ... show more
