The material is easy to wash and the zippers and seems have not frayed. The pockets are deep and secure my daughter’s cup she hasn’t lost it at all this year! Color didn’t fade as I’ve washed it about 10 times now. Very durable and can reuse for next year if she wishes. Got this backpack for my daughter to take to daycare with her. I love it so much. Beautiful design. Fabric is thick and durable. Fabric feels completely water proof. Very pretty! Too big for a 4 year old, but probably 7 year old would make a good fit. Stood up to heavy books, blankets, and sippy cups. Used as carryon through the airport. Great purchase, super cute, just a little big for my 4 yr old, so I ended up carrying it.
