I have found newborn to be a strange size. Some newborn clothes are super small and others fit more like 0 to 3 months. After finding newborn pants that were too big these were the perfect fit. Quality material and very warm for fall and winter.

These are super soft and warm. They’re also tall baby friendly. My son is about 12 pounds and the 3-6 month fit him great, just slightly long but he can definitely grow into it
