I purchase the entire Freestone wader set this past year. I use them for saltwater fishing. I've worn these while fishing the surf of an offshore hurricane in 40+ mph winds and in temps down into the 30s. I couldn't be happier. Used it in a heavy snow/rain mix my first day out with it. Really excellent jacket. Simms always kills it with their products. If you live in the PNW and enjoy getting skunked winter steelheading, this jacket is a good choice for you. You may not get the bite you want, but you’ll stay dry.

Rock solid waterproof has stood up to bushwhacking on little creeks in Michigan and Alaska. This is the best rain jacket ever. This and everything else I've purchased from Simms has exceeded the level of quality that is missing from most outdoor equipment anymore. Great jacket buy one

The jacket arrived quickly and fit just right. Have used it already on a backpacking/fishing trip and it did well in both the rain and wind. Plenty of pockets, excellent coverage around the neck and head, and tough outer material. Overall, a great purchase!
