I truly love these shoes and they performed exactly as I had expected. I bring them whenever I’m heading out to the water to kayak or swim. I’ve also started bringing them with me for when I go hiking or backpacking and need to cross water areas. They are extremely light, but this of also the reason for the 4* rating. Walking on gravel or stones doesn’t feel pleasant and did cause discomfort. Also, I wear a size 10-1/2 and if the shoes came in that size I feel like they would have been an even better fit and if you run wide like I do then definitely go for a size 11. But for those looking to scoop a pair up….. definitely grab yourself some and enjoy. I will absolutely get another pair when needed.

I wore there shoes while snorkeling. At one point, I dove into a cave and it was quite rocky. I was glad to be wearing these shows which protected my feet from the sharp rocks. I found the shoes comfortable. They didn't take up much room in my luggage as well. I would recommend these shoes for someone looking for protect their feet in a lake or on a rocky beach.

I used them for about 1 week for a kayaking/camping trip. And a few kayaking down a river. They feel fine. Good foot protection walking in water and good traction. They seem better made than the ones I had previously from Academy Sports.

I bought these shoes for walking on a North Carolina beach in November. I love them. They fit perfectly and look good enough to wear to town. Sand will get into them but I don't know what shoe wouldn't. Fast drying. I normally wear a size 8 or 8 & 1/2. I ordered 8. They are form fitting I guess so they won't come off in the water but my toes had plenty of room.
