I was surprised to not see any size 6s. I'm a size 6.5 in women's. Very rarely a 7. Usually in hiking boots I'll size to a 7. Anyway, I went for the 5.5 because these are water shoes and I'd be wearing them without socks. They fit with some room to spare so I tightened the strings to make a perfect fit. But not sure how they will hold up in water with the slight extra room. I might return fir even the 4.5. I would say I'm on the wider foot end of the spectrum. The only complaint is the rough material in the inner foot bed. I'm guessing it's for traction so you do not slip but it's an odd feeling and slightly uncomfortable. Other than that, I like them. 👍

I bought these for a trip to Sea World and boy am I happy I did. I have very wide feet so finding comfortable shoes is hard enough, water shoes are damn near impossible to find. I wore these all day walking around Sea World and have zero complaints. My feet felt fine at the end of the day like I was wearing my normal shoes the whole time. They held up very well and have a good grip on the bottom so I wasn't sliding around while walking in the wet areas. I am very happy with this purchase and will most likely end up buying my husband a pair too.

I read tons of reviews for these shoes and I was sold. I typically wear a size 7.5/8 running shoe, so I ordered a 7.5 as I didn’t want these to be overly loose. The fit was perfect, the shoes are cute. Why am I giving these a 3 star. Well friends, I tore both of my ACLs several months back and my balance is still a tad off. I was encouraged to go swimming to help build back strength and such. So I joined a local gym with 2 indoor pools. I knew the floors in the pool area and locker room would be slippery so, safety first- I decided to get water shoes/ slip resistance to help. These shoes make it 100 times worse when walking on a floor with water. I just use them to get back and forth to the pool, not in the pool. It’s a hot mess. Thank goodness there is a handrail around the pool area and locker room for safety, I have to use it when wearing these shoes. If you want to slip and slide and fall- these are for you. But, as someone who fell 9 months ago and is recovering from 2 severe knee injuries and surgeries- I DO NOT recommend these shoes for an indoor pool area or locker room. Since I spent $25 or so on them, I do plan to take them to the lake/ocean and use them there in the hot sand.

I hate sand. My dad lives in Hawaii. I bought these shoes to try to limit my contact with sand as much as possible while still participating in water sports and beach activities. They did really well! The sole is super flexible, almost like being barefoot, with just enough protection from rocks and sharp coral. My feet did get sore from lack of support after a few days in them, but overall I love them. Highly recommend!
