These little silicone backs are small, but they tightly hold the earring in place really well. And with 200 pieces in the box, if you drop one (you will), it really doesn’t matter. Now I can safely wear the earrings in my jewelry box that are missing one or both backs. This was an excellent - and inexpensive - purchase for me. Highly recommend!

I have used these and BOTH TIMES lost an earring. I lost the first diamond earring I ever bought for myself. They are tight for a couple days then slide off like nothing. PLEASE, do not buy these & lose your precious jewelry like I did. Wish I could give negative stars.

While they are certainly useable, I found that the holes were a little too narrow for many of my earring wires, and extra effort is required to push them onto the earrings, sometimes bending the wires.

I took out all my earrings and applied my new backings. Now I hope to stop losing them! You do need super sensitive fingers to put them on and off the wires, but once you get the hang of that, they work perfectly! They are impossible to see on the earrings themselves, which is excellent. They arrived quickly and were perfectly wrapped.

And plenty of them! I have some earrings with screw on backs that I needed to secure more quickly. These are just right. Hold them in place, shouldn't be reactive with my skin, keep them from stabbing me. The holes are small enough to work for average gauge but also stretched for what I've got. The only thing I'm not sure about is these being silicone. Last time I check silicone doesn't smell like a vinyl shower curtain. The smell dissipates quickly, and for earrings, plastic is pretty much plastic.
