The mid-rise is perfect -- falling just below the belly button. The slight stretch to the waistband allows them to fit snug on your butt while not giving the dreading buttcrack gap! Are usually wear a size 6 in jeans, Depending on the cut. However, these jeans have so much hugging/shaping material built into the fabric that it creates a bit of a wetsuit type, feeling on my thighs, which run a bit bigger. For this reason I had to return the sixes, I’m re-ordering these in a size 8. So I suggest if you’re on the fence, you should order a size larger if like me your thighs tend to be a bit larger than the rest of your body parts. ... show more

True to size. The material is not as soft as I hoped like some of my other jeans, but the fit is incredible. I thought it was gonna be too small at first but there is a nice stretch in the waist. I tried these jeans in both 6 short and 8 short. They had a nice amount of stretch. I liked the high wide stretchy waist band. The color was also good. Unfortunately, both sizes had strange bumpy buckling at the hips. I could have worn either size because of the stretch, but something was wrong with the hip fit. I returned them. ... show more

I tried these in multiple sizes and the 4 Reg or 6 Reg/Short fit best on my 5'6" 145-150lb frame. They do run a bit long, but I anticipate shrinkage because of the elasticity. Also, since they're bootcut I will likely wear them with a small heel.

These are my new favorite jeans that I own! I usually splurge when it comes to jeans and only buy Wrangler or Ariat because they are the nicest and fit the best, but these are actually better than any of those! They are suchh nice quality and couldn't be more flattering!! I'm so happy with them. :)

They shipped LONG instead of SHORT so I had to wait a few days to get the right one. It's still too long but that's me not the jeans. It has a nice stretch. Looks like the photo. Price is decent. I wish there was a petite that was shorter than 30" inseam.
