Pattern Name: Lacquered Wood Handle
I wouldn't say I like to clean large makeup brushes, so I thought this would be a good choice. I can apply a certain amount of foundation or concealer with my fingers and then use the brush to work it into the crevices and other places on my face (around the nose, for example). It works great to add the lighter concealer color in the inner part of my upper eyelids near the one nearest the lashes. That gives me a rested, youthful look. When I use my fingers, the makeup gets smeary, and the application isn't entirely accurate. There are many ways to apply these products, and from what I am seeing, the techniques usually involve fingers and large brushes. Both are difficult to clean, while this is easy. I am getting another. I will dry one using the other and then rotate. So this helps me brush in makeup in a targeted way, and it is easier to keep clean and sanitary. Great stocking stuffers are gems—an excellent value for an easy-pack-travel item. I will also give this as an extra when giving makeup as a gift. Enjoy!

Brush is soft and bristles stay put. The metal is sharp near the bristles so if you press too hard, they break off. The wooden handle is nice. It works well for artwork since it has a nice sharp edge to the bristles, that is what I am using it for.

This is a great brush for a great price. It’s well-made, soft, stylish with a modern design. The brush is comfortable to hold and the wood finish is very pretty. It allowed for even distribution of products and didn’t soak all of it up so that I wasn’t wasting any. I used it with my Supergoop CC Screen and it distributed it over my face easily and blended well. The brush gets around my eyes and nose because of the thin design and it has flexibility but it's harder to get in the crease of my nose, so I transition to a different brush for this. It's better for larger surface areas. I also used it to apply one of my face masks but I noticed it left it streaky. This doesn’t matter to me so much with my face mask because I used a thinner consistency one and it’s just a face mask, the brush still allowed me to distribute the product over my face evenly. Overall, it’s pretty good and a great addition to my makeup brushes.

Can you ever have too many make up brushes? The only reason I gave this brush 4 stars is the size. It’s sold as a foundation brush so I was expecting it to be a little larger. It works great for concealer and I’m happy with the quality.

I got this to have an even foundation and honestly I do like how this spreads the foundation evenly on your face but it leaves streaks and they’re hard to get rid of.
