It is very light, and just the right size. My niece loved it. Update... I ordered another one and the zipper was sewn in wrong, Its a good thing I am handy with a needle. I'm in LOVE with this scarf. I call it my snack scarf & keep granola bars inside the pocket. I've also kept keys & my phone in there. Layered, you really can't tell anything is in there. It's definitely heavy with objects in it, but it doesn't get weighed down like I thought it would. I want more pocket scarves!! ... show more

I LOVE this. In the picture my scarf is filled with my phone, a few credit cards and my keys. You can’t even tell! I will say that my entire key ring made it a bit heavy. So when I do put my keys in it I take just 2. The zipper is a good quality and the pull disappears into a fold. The only thing I’m disappointed by and why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars, is that the color is not black. It’s more of a navy. This is absolutely wonderful it’s so versatile the hidden pocket is wonderful you can double around your neck I put myself phone in there and play music while I’m walking my dog I’m now hands-free and it’s near my ear so I can hear it it’s wonderful I can’t wait to order this in several colors

Some of the stitches on the pocket are not done well. The fabric is very thin. Even with 2 layers when hold it up to the light you can see through the scarf. The pocket is very small. It did stretch to fit my Iphone 8 plus, barely. Even though it fits the scarf itself would sag and stretch too much to even hold the weight of a cell phone. I never intended this to replace my purse but would have been nice to use for an outdoor outing to hold my phone and/or keys but the fabric is too thin and the pocket is way too small for that to happen. It's fine as a plain old scarf, but I already have plenty of those so the $20 some dollar price tag doesn't justify it to not have a usable pocket. ... show more

This scarf is cheap, but that's okay. You get what you pay for, and I was very happy with what I got for the affordable price point. I purchased this scarf in preparation for a 2 week trip to Europe. I chose the "black" color (which isn't really a true black... it looks more like a very dark navy to me), so the contents of the pocket were well concealed. The pocket is a good size. I held my passport, phone, lip balm, and credit card in it. However, as others have said, the scarf doesn't have much volume or pretty "drape" to it, so when you load up the pocket it is noticeable there's something in there. I ended up using the pocket portion only on the plane, but also wore it several times for fashion. Also, it definitely gets heavy around your neck if you put your phone in it, but again, it was alright on the plane. My scarf had no defects. The zipper and pocket were sewn correctly and the zipper worked just fine. Overall I was very pleased with my purchase, got my use out of the item, and will likely use it again in the future! Would make a neat gift for someone who likes to travel as well. ... show more

I bought this for my trip to Rome. Everyone told me watch out for pick pockets. It kept me warm, it made a nice fashion statement, I got several comments from people interested in it. One shop owner got online and ordered some while I was still in her shop. I was able to keep my phone, and my money in the pocket. Made it convenient and pick pocket proof.
